To All Our Dealers and Patrons!

PROPER PAPERWORK IS REQUIRED FOR ALL TRANSACTIONS!

UPDATE: Due to the frequent delays and difficulties in getting timely approval through NICS it is recommended to have a valid NC Pistol Permit (or NC Concealed Handgun Permit) even for purchase of a long gun! This will waive the requirement for the NICS check. It is not required by Federal regs that the permit be retained, only that the requisite information be recorded on the "Yellow Form".

ATTENTION!

Attendees should be aware of the "Permanent Provisions of the Brady Law" which governs the sale of ALL firearms by Licensed Dealers after November 30, 1998.

This requires a background check through the new National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) program OR presentation of a permit that qualifies as an alternative to the NICS background check.

For the specifics on these provisions as they relate to firearm sales in NC and, in particular, the use of NC State issued permits that qualify as alternatives to NICS, click on the ATF OPEN LETTER TO ALL NORTH CAROLINA FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSEES.

Obscene, racial, or party literature prohibited.
Promoter not responsible for accidental losses.

DIRECTIONS From either North or South bound I-85 take Business Loop I-85 to the Intersection with HWY 64-E. The Fairgrounds is behind the Waffle House and the Best Western Triad Inn in Lexington.
